What are a the features of a Quote and how to use them.
Quotes allow creation of a pre-sale list of items that can be converted into an Order. They allow editing flexibility, and may be converted to Orders over and again for quick re-ordering. This article and subsequent tutorials will walk you through all of the features and functionality of Quotes.

Add To Quote
Add to Quote can be enabled and also have the option to Hide Add to Cart or Hide Prices.

Submit A Quote
Customers can review, edit and submit their quotes. Quote, submission can be restricted to logged in customers or open to guests. Guest quotes can be later associated with customer accounts.

Manage Quotes & Custom Pricing
Pricing can be hidden from customers submitting quotes until the Admin decides they are ready to be seen. The Admin can also apply custom pricing, discounts, and shipping rates.

Allow User To Modify Quotes
Allow Logged-in Customers to Edit Quotes, Post Comments, Submit Change Requests and more!

1. Add Comment- Users can be allowed to add comments that can be viewed in the Admin Panel. Admins can post private or public comments for customers to see on their quote.
2. Edit Shipping Address Users can be allowed to add or change shipping addresses and/or view and select available shipping rates.
3. Add Product To Submitted Quote Users can be allowed to add more products to a submitted quote.
4. Edit Products Users can be allowed to edit product options such as Variations or Customizations.
5. Update Quantities Users can be allowed to change the quantity they would like quoted.
4. Remove Products Users can be allowed to remove products from a submitted quote.
Quote PDFs
Admins and Users can click to print PDFs of the Quote at any time. PDFs will also be included in Email communication between the Admin and the Customer. PDFs will also dynamically show information that is made available to the customer.

Quote Expiration and Reminder
Set automated or custom expiration for quotes and send reminders to the customer.

Change Requests
The Admin can specify a custom Status that the Quote can be moved to any time a customer makes a change to the Quote. When a change is made the prices can be hidden until the Admin reviews those changes and updates the status.

Both Customers and Admins can have the ability to convert a Quote to and Order.

Quotes on the Mobile App
When using the mobile app, drafts cannot be emailed to customers or synced to the Zoey Web Admin, but Quotes may be used instead. Sales reps may add items to the cart and save them as a Quote if not ready to place an Order right away.
