When do I Import Accounts and Contacts?
Whether your sales team is entering orders through the Zoey app, or your customers are entering orders via your Zoey Web Store, you'll need to build your customer database in Zoey.
- Accounts and Contacts are typically entered after your Products are set up in Zoey, and during, or soon after completing, your theme design. You'll want your Products to exist in Zoey before importing Customers to utilize customer specific product catalogs and customer specific pricing.
NOTEIf you plan to integrate with NetSuite, those Customers will sync automatically with Zoey and do not need to be imported.
If you plan to integrate with QuickBooks Online, Zoey Account names must match your QuickBooks Customer display names.
