Once you've gone live with Zoey, you will transition to ongoing support through Zoey's ticketing system.
Creating A Support Ticket
To create a support ticket please click here. Please be sure to Sign In before creating your ticket for fastest service. Tickets are answered Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm Eastern Time. Initial response times during these hours are generally within 20 minutes. Initial responses do not guarantee an answer, sometimes additional information is required.
