Step 2: Set up Your Domain and SPF Record (required)
Link Your Domain
Going Live with your customer portal means linking your Domain.
Prevent emails from going to SPAM!
You must change the SPF Record to have: include:mail.gw01.zoeysite.com
An SPF record lists all authorized hostnames / IP addresses that are permitted to send email on behalf of your domain. If your SPF record does not contain
include:mail.gw01.zoeysite.com
, emails from Zoey will likely go to spam.
Step 3: Transition to Zoey Support
Get Support
After your final Implementation meeting, you will transition to Zoey Support.
To create a support ticket please clickhere. Tickets are answered Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm Eastern Time. Initial response time during these hours is typically within 30 minutes.
